Hi guys and gals, I'm new to these forums. Joined tonight after a possible problem arose with my new pride and joy (an Ampeg SVT Classic head) but hopefully the problem is solved thanks to some of your fellow members!! Very fast and useful responses, looks like I'm going to enjoy my time here. Anyway, intro time. My name is Kieran Imray, I just turned 20 and am from/live in the city of Aberdeen in the North East of Scotland, U.K. I started playing bass in February 2005 so I'm still relatively new to it, learning and refining my technique daily. I started mainly because a few of my friends were looking to start a band and needed a bass player. I ended up becoming totally immersed in the instrument, I love playing, it's as simple as that. I'm mainly into classic rock/hard rock/metal but am fairly open minded. I also spend alot of time listening to Post-Rock when I'm in the mood for relaxing. I have a few bands on the go but the only original one I'm in is called Which Way Now, you can find us on Myspace, we are only known on a very small scale local level but it would be cool to get some of your opinions! That is all I can think of to put in an introduction but if you have any questions then don't hesitate to ask! Look forward to seeing you guys across these forums.
