Wats going on guys?
My name is Daniel Miller and I'm currently a sophmore in highschool.
I have been playing bass for a little while now (about 4 months) and really I hate to say but im still a beginner - low average bassist. I play a Ibanez GSR200 4 string bass and I have an absolutely terrible amp that I dont even play on.
My amp is such a piece I have been playing without it for the duration of my time playing and I believe its what is holding me back from playing with my full potential. I still play my bass everyday going over scales and playing the songs I can play. I just popped a string about 2 hours ago and went out and picked up some Ernie Ball Regular Slinky strings so hopefully they will do better than the last!
This forum seems like its got ALOT of good bassists and a friendly community so you guys will probably find me here alot annoying you guys with my questions as much as possible
