Glad I googled bass forums... finally.
I'm Jeff, freshman at the University of Buffalo. Born and raised in Syracuse, New York. Started playing double bass in the fourth grade, continued with orchestra for the rest of my high school career. Eventually picked up an Fender Squire for $150 and a decent sized amp for a high school band that never met more than twice. Brought that equipment and knowledge to several jazz and musical gigs while in high school. Year in college now, already signed up for another band and looking to purchase a new bass.
