Hi folks. I've been playing bass since high school way back in the covered wagon days of 1973. Oh to have had internet forums and such back then. I bought my first "real" bass in '77--a blonde Fender Precision which I made the terrible mistake of trading in a few years ago on a Gibson acoustic (CL30). Just bought a Fender Jazz Geddy Lee model to get back into the Fender groove and traded in the beat up Steinberger bass I owned for the last 16 years to get it. So far, I'm totally revved and renewed.
I'm 51, a native NYer hope to make some acquaintances here. |
