Hi! Lots of Sunshine from Sweden

Hi!

Nice to meet you all!

I'm a 15 yearold girl from Sweden. (Well actually mix, but that's complicated to go into here... )

I've only played since the beginning of autumn without a teacher (studybass.com has been my guru) and I'm very new to everything. I hope I can learn a lot here.^^

I thought more and more about playing bass after I discovered that I was always listening unconsiously to the bass when hearing music, and if I liked it I instantly took a liking to that music.

I have a cheap second hand bass. (I managed to get it very cheap by waking up 4 am to bid on the swedish equivalent of ebay, plus that it has 2 minor scratches...) I love the sound it makes and it is the most expensive thing I have bought for my own money and my most precious belonging. I have no idea what model it is though.... Bit I think I'm getting the hang of it... I did ask around at different music shops about what they thought before I bought it, so that I wasn't tricked...

And then I got an early christmas present from my parents, a Line 6 LD16 amplifier. It's a little easier to transport to my friend who plays guitar and has a soundproof cellar than the old remnant that I borrowed from my cousin who used to play bass back in the days...^^'

I'm looking forward to being here.^^
