HI! Unidentified LANEY CAB OHMS query

HEY!

I play bass and guitar thru a Fender 75 combo w 12" celestion in it which says it can take "min 8 OHMS ext speaker" - I have aquired a LANEY 2x10 Cab (64x34x34)cm with black metal grate on the front and white CAPITAL LETTERS "LANEY" on front and nothing else!
It seems to have 4 little holes on the bottom an inch or so inside the edges that could have been screw holes....for something...?
I don't want to open it up because it looks like the rubber and screws are a bit on the no no side - it may not go back together again as good! SO i plugged it in and the left quarter inch hole works but lots of guys have said that it HAS to be the right OHMS or it will eventually blo up your amp! I have tried LANEY website and am still waiting for a response - a guitar shop guy tried Roger at Laney website and got a reply - he said it looked like a PD210 Dynamic Power Bass cab maybe - but i can't find that in their archive or on google! -
Does anyone know about OHMS? or how to find out about this no label on it anywhere cab!?
