There is no one BEST ever effects rack. It's all subjective. Do some research and visit various effects manufacturers websites and learn about different ones. Then use the Search Function to read some past posts and threads on various different effects to hone your search down to a couple. Then post who likes the best one out of 3 (or 4 or whatever) and why. That will generate a better response.
