Hello all. I'm a newbie bassist from Queens, New York. Been teaching myself now for about 4/5 months using MJS' Bass Guitar Book. I use a 2nd hand Spector Legend Classic 4-String that I won off ebay along with a starter kit Ibanez practice amp. I'm looking to play mostly metal but I also strive to learn as much as possible and play as many different styles as possible, be very versatile ^^.
Hopefully someone will read this soon, I'm looking for songs to play next weekend at a friend's house(we'll be sitting around a firepit outside and they will give me an extension cord to plug in my amp) and was wondering which forum would be the proper place to ask for song suggestions. |
