Hello All,
I am new to this forum. I was referred by a member of this forum.
I look forward to opening up a new avenue of learning and communication with other bassists.
One of the things I want to learn is scales. I want to understand what they are and how to incorporate them into improvising with my band. At this time, I only learn by playing with tabs. I know this is like crawling. If anyone has ANY advice on how to learn tabs efficiently and utilize them in my playing... I'm all ears.
Also, I have the desire to get a Musicman HH bass. I have a bunch of stuff, already. I would be willing to work out some sort of a trade. But, it would only make sense if it were a trade with someone local (Southern California). I am open to ideas/offers. I would be willing to send a list of what I have if anyone is interested.
In the meantime, I am excited to be here.
