KMD 15" cab

I recently came across a 15"bass cab a "KMD" in blue vinyl with a 15" celestrian speaker. I played right next to a ampeg classic 15 and was blown away by the sound this cab produced. I bought it for 150.00 bucks. I can't find out anything about it I was hoping someone in here might have some info.
