Wow, never knew this kind of community forum so dedicated to the bass was out there, Im so glad I joined. I have already learned a wealth of information on here that my measly few years of self taught direction couldn't compare to and have begun to already see a lot of improvement. A little about me...Im just getting back in the groove of things after laying down the bass for a few years. Probably all together been playing a little over 2yrs. Im trying to make up for lost time now and enjoying every minute of the challenge (can't believe I put it down ???). Now Im in a newly devloping band that we're just starting to get things off the ground- Im a female bassist playing mostly melodic death to progressive metal (strange, no?).
