Hi from Nashville, TN!
I was working on a film project and the bass player was late, so they asked me to stand in so they could check camera angles while we waited. It just felt so right... I got down and told my friend that I think I need to get a bass and learn to play.
Went out the next day, picked up the GL, and it just fit. I decided to be smart and wait to get it - but I was up all night just wanting to hold it. So I was first customer in (and out) the door the next morning.
Yea, I'm in love.
Been learning to play by listening to Muse and having a bass player friend of mine toss me a new technique every week or so. So far so good! |
