I just bought an Ibqanez SR1000 and need to find a good AMP. I have about $800.00 to $1000.00 to spend, and haave been looking at a Genz-Benz combo with a 1x12. I have it set in my mind to get a head amp with some arrangment of speakers (it's probably obvious by now that I've just upgrade from my starter kit from 5years ago). Lots of people ahve been adviseing me to consider a Ampeg B2RE with 4x10 speaker set up. I played the Ampeg ... It sounds good, but I'm not convinced. Please advise.
