Hey guys, great forum. I'm going to busy searching for awhile!
I'm 36 and have played since high school, mostly metal/stoner rock.
I'm a long time fan of outlaw country and have recently joined a new bar band with a plan to play more alt country than the usual stuff and either way I'm happy to be jamming steady again.
I have an SVT classic stack (metal guys
) and a crappy ibanez 5 string. I'm hoping to find a p-bass or something with better tone for playing country rock. I also have a plywood double bass that I enjoy jamming with and hope to mix in with the new band eventually.
