Hello everyone,
New to the forum and just wanted to intoduce myself. My name is Scott and I started playing bass in rock bands in the late sixties on a 59 precision bass. Sold it in 1970 to Norms rare guitars in L.A. for $400 (who knew then what it would be worth today?). A coulpe of years later , bought a Gibson Grabber and Gallien Kruger GMT head and went on the road for several years playing top 40. Quit playing for 15 or 20 yrs to raise a family and now am picking up the old Grabber and starting to gig again.
I ran into this forum looking for reviews on new equip. Gear has sure changed alot since I last bought anything new. I look forward to getting advise from all you guys out there who are familiar with all the new stuff and I'll ask my questions in the proper forums. |
