I found talkbass through google as well. I was (and am still) looking for a new upright, and many links took me to TB. All my questions were answered. I couldnt believe I was able to hear what so many serious, well informed pros had to say. The company was so good I had to join up! |

I was just surfing the internet one day looking 4 bass guiatar sites (funny how so many ppl don't know the difference between an electric guitar and bass guitar  ) and i was looking 4 a new bass amp i'm only a noob bass player. and i found this site which is a whole lot more help than most of the other sites i found using google.
so that's a short story made long that's how i found TB. |

Oh, usually i hide behind my rig, but i decided to to join & say 'Hi." mostly i want to thank David Grossman for putting on a great "solo bass night" show @ the Freight&Salvage in Berkeley, CA which convinced me that it's sometimes OK for bassists not to be too shy. & ummm, love of the bass of course!
