new purchase

I am thinking of buying a new bass and saw an old posting about a girl that bought a Devilli and the strings buzz after she had the strings lowered. Bash a cheap bass if you want but lower the bridge on ANY bass and it will buzz. I think he ruined the bridge and wanted her to pay for it. I agree the sound might not be good on a cheap bass but it will play as good as any. The nut can make one hard to play if it is too high but the bridge has to be REALLY high to be hard to play. The price they charge for setup is Highway robbery. Luckily I can do my own setup. My main concern is which one has the most volume.
