Hey Everyone.
I glad to say that now that i became a supporting member it would be nice to a proper Introduction.
People In real Life call me David, but my user name has stuck with me for a while.
I've been playing bass for I guess 7 years now, only a fraction of the time I've been residing in this world (22 yrs) .
I go by the saying I'm a bass player, but think as myself as a music composer and lover.
I've learned so much since those days I was getting the hang of my first bass (which I still have lol), trying to read the tabs for Pink Floyd's Brain damage and some Interpol songs and Franz Ferdinand ones.
I have two basses, My main one is an Epiphone Thunderbird goth edition that I got from a instruments sale tent in Tijuana. I strung it with some D'addario rounds (.055 -.115) for experimental purposes but I liked that way.
And the other bass is my first. I have for sentimental purposes and since it's a cheap bass (Silvertone revolver bass), it's the one that gets all the hardcore use. Modded the hell out of it, D'addario Chromes flats, dimarzio split p pickups, new pick-guard. you name it.
I'm about to get a fret less but i don't to write a book for my introduction.
I love this place, and I know I'm going to be here for a while. I'll share my (even though limited, still quite useful) knowledge with you guys, and hope we all have fun.
Btw, the Iphone app is freakin' awesome.
