My name is Kera- I am 17 years old and I just started playing a fretted bass a few months ago... I really love it! When I am a bit better I am going to be moving to a fretless (Can't wait!!) But my biggest inspiration of all is Mick Karn... He is just so extraordinary!! I also love the band he was in in the 80's- Japan... They are my biggest inspiration yet... Japan, David Sylvian, Mick Karn ETC have changed my life in a big way! Including getting me interested in the bass guitar... Anyway, I am just very glad I have found this forum- I did a little browsing first and everyone seems quite nice!
