I recently bought a new CR4M. The D & G strings seemed to have less volume than the E & A so I went to adjust the pick up height according to the manual. Well it seems that the adjusters for the pick up height have been eliminated. The pickups seem to be pushed in and held in place by a small wood screw. I contacted customer support several times and lo and behold no response. I ended up contacting sales and spoke with some one name Mike and he assured me the some one would get back with me. So far no response. I dont want to do something that would void my warrenty so my question is does anybody out there know anything about this (pick up height adjustment). Thanks for any info you guys may have. I have posted this here as I cant get any response from NS Design |
