Yo, I am brand new to bass, I've played guitar for 10 years, so I know my way around a guitar. My Question is, ( and I plan to search past threads for answers as well)

EMG 35TW

I am building a neckthrough for myself, and wish to put EMG35TW in it. BUT!! how many?? I can really only afford one.
From my limited experience with bass. All I really need is one TW. I understand I must us a different coil tap swich if I use two TW's .



I guess all I am asking is confirmation that I will still have a good bass if I only use one TW.

Any input is great!
