...and introduce myself.

Hi, everyone!

I've been playing music for as long as I can remember. The bass (guitar, but some double as well) has been with me a long time even though the last ten years it's been mostly fiddle. My interest in playing double bass was rekindled lately through different circumstances. Basically, I was reminded that I do have quite a nice bass so I should play it.

Been having lots of fun the last couple of weeks, playing every day in the few spare moments I find - got a family with two small children that eat quite a bit of time. But it's easier to play the bass without waking them up at night than the fiddle! And of course, nights can be spent perusing the many interesting threads here.

To sum me up: 30 years old, living in Uppsala (Sweden), working with childrens/youth ministry and music in the Church of Sweden, besides music I'm obsessed with traditional black & white photography and fly fishing.
