Hi,
I'm new to the forums since I'm taking my bass playing more seriously, like in actually owning a bass rather than borrowing friends'. In fact, I'm looking to buy a MIM P-bass since that is the overall pro consensus in the $500 price range. I've just put together a fairly decent home project studio ($6K) including some modest room treatments. This bass probably won't be played out too much, if at all. I just want a good solid Jamerson full and punchy sound that records well without breaking the bank. So, if you know of something. Cheers! Doug
