Small. powerful combo?

Sign in to disble this ad
As an aging geezer, I want to let the sound guy lug the heavy gear, and use a small combo for stage sound. I've been using a Peavey Databass for about a decade, but it's getting ragged, and I want to switch to 10" speakers. I'd like ot have extra power available to run an extension speaker when needed. Any recommendations? iAmp 800?

I play in a series of horn bands playing EWF, TOP, old souls stuff, etc...

These days, I use a Bassman 150 tilt back. It has a 12.

The Bassman 100 has a 10. Haven't heard the 100, but I love my 150. Good range of tones, and enough power for me.
