Hey Guys.
I'm a Drummer who recently bought a bass and am now very lost and confused as I stumble blindly into the world of stringed insturments.
I must admit that I was scared to become a bassist because I was frightend of the amount of music theory that comes with toned insturments, so this is a big jump for me.
I will probably take up for drummers and try to reinforce the bond that I belive should exist between drummer and bassist.
I got a used electric bass for 185$ it is thourogly untuned and I don't have a tuner yet, much less an amp or cables. from what I can tell it is a Squire with passive electronics and is in a nice deep blue that I like.
So that is where I am right now.
