some advice needed

Sign in to disble this ad
hi people, wondered if all you experienced bassists out there could offer a bit of advice.
i"ve been learning the bass for nearly a year now (39 year old, never say never) i"ve decided to teach myself and really enjoying it and can play all the basic stuff fine but i want to go into it in a bit more depth but cant afford to have lessons, is there any decent books/software that i can get hold of to help me on my way.
i currently use a mex fender precision and a carlsbro 30w practice amp which is plenty loud enough for what i need it for.
cheers
ash.

try and find a few other new musicians and start practicing as a group. This is a good way to get better and keep things interesting.
