Hey all, my name is Spencer. I play 6-string bass in a thrash/death metal band. And I have been looking for a forum for a while to learn from other amazing bassists.

I have only 2 years experience on the bass guitar but I have been playing music for almost 9 years. I used to play trombone till I graduated highschool, and decided to focus on bass.

I can teach people the basics of music and how to play the instrument but as for extensive lessons you may wish to seek someone with more experience.

I strive to be as awesome a bass player I can be, and I hope to make a lot of friends here on talkbass
