Studio bass rig opinion

Sign in to disble this ad
Hello,
I am new to this forum. Have been playing bass for years but would like your opinion on a good sounding bassrig for studio use. Had a full blown ampeg with 8x10 cab in my studio last week. The sound was incredible but much too load. Maybe this question has been covered here before but I thought this was a good start joining the forum. So I am looking for small setup with good, deep and warm sound for various recording.

I haven't played bass for very long but I've played with bass players for 15yrs. I bought this Gallien Krueger RLH 4x10 cab and I have yet to hear anything with a tighter cleaner botom end. I'm just using a ampeg br2 solid state head too and a warwick corvette proline 93' bass. exceptional sound for my studio!

Thumbs up

My choice is the Eden Metro 210 combo. The eq is accurate
+3db or -3db with each turn and detent. I switch between fretted and fretless a lot and this type of contol in the eq makes a big difference for me.
