Hi y'all, I'm Paul aka Fozziemusic (aka Fozzie on some other forums, but that one was taken already over here
). I'm a bass player as well as synth addict and half-a***d piano player, part-time drummer (wannabe I guess) and so-so guitar player.
My main bass is a nice '74 Fender Jazz, but I recently acquired an Aria pro II Laser Electric 4 string that was made fretless. I used to play in an experimental guitar-oriented rock band, but since one of our guitarists quit - the one with the practice room where we could rock out loud - we're mostly experimenting with electronic weirdness over headphones in my attic. Main gig now is church bass playing.
Been lurking here for some time, but as I'm having some kind of personal bass playing revival, I thought I might as well join you lot. Beware. I've been known to blabber at times, especially when my technophilic side takes over
Anyone in for some experiments with bass going into a Nord modular G2, being modulated by electronic drum midi signals and being ring modated with the guitar player at the same time
