TALKBASS Phone app ?

Hi all, being over 40(by a long way- tho not yet 50 )
I just recently got me a phone able to get "apps" etc..

I went to access TB via the internet on my phone & a TB 'APP' came up & I downloaded it.
Enables me to read only the TB site etc..

Does anyone know if this 'counts' as 'INTERNET time' on my ph account?? Or is/are 'apps' different?

Any info for an ol' 'phone app dimwit' would be very much APPreciated

Anything on your phone that must use the internet in some way (gather data, use gps, etc) is considered internet time. So to answer you're question, yes.

Yes. The main website is not so usable on an iPhone.

Posting this from the tb app on my iPod touch.

With Internet, you can set your phone up to use wifi when available. Internet via wifi doesn't count in your phone usage quota.

Essentially, its for easier navigation around the site without having to load all the pictures and extras that are on the website. Using the website on your phone, at least mine, requires screen resizing, logging in each time, and it probably takes a bit longer to load. The app is pretty straight forward slimmed down version of the site.
