Hello everyone I'm 38 years young and after many years of being an inactive (meaning not being in a band, getting married and having kids will do that to ya) Bass player i'm trying to get back in the game. My son has become quite the excellent little drummer and is always wanting to jam, not to mention an old buddy is hot to start up the old group again. But here is the problem....I have been out so long i don't even recognize most of the brands of eqiupment available out there at the moment. I'm looking for a medium level bass and a decent combo amp for small gigs. I recently looked and and played a few ESP's (F and TA series) and really liked them along with an Ibanez ICB200. I was also eyeballing the Ashdown Electric Blue 15-180 Combo....any thoughts? |
