Brief background: Music major in college (UC Berkeley) on trumpet many years ago. Also play keyboards and a bit of guitar. I've got the standard home studio and do some minor composition and recording.
I've always wanted to play bass, though. So, I will be a fumbling beginner over the next several months and look forward to all your input.
