| I have been using fender stainless steel flats and ghs brite flats and their regular flats on LB100's, SB1, and L2000 with great tone and ease of play and almost no fret wear. Stay with the stainless steel for more high end, brightness and clarity. The nickel flats are mellower with not quite so much punch. I put a set of the ghs flats on my Jerry Jones Longhorn 4 and gave it a great, new, life. They made all the difference with that bass. |
