After loving the sound and adjustabilty of G&L's for many years, now i finally own one. I picked up (had delivered to me) a brown sunburst L2000 Tribute on wednesday! The only thing that would make it better is if it had a flying V body (always wanted a flying v bass, one day). (heresy some people will say) But since i cant quite afford that custom job at the moment i am quite happy with my new acquisition.

heh...

G&L has done X-body guitars (A long time ago and only a few), but no flying V's. On the bass side, they did the Interceptor back in the "hair" days.

Alas, Gibson may be the only avenue to a flying V. That may be a good thing.

Congrats on your new Tribute!

Ken...
