G&L Neck Pocket dimensions...HELP!

Sign in to disble this ad
Ok, I've been going nuts here.

Does anyone know the Dimensions of neck pocket on G&L's 4-banger basses? There's a GORGEOUS green-burst semihollow ASAT on Ebay, BUT it has no neck. I've been going nucking futs trying to figure out if standard necks would fit the pocket. I figure I'd just pick one up somewhere if I got a hold of this thing.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Well, if you are into graphite necks, I think Moses makes one for G&L basses. Kinda expensive though...

Yeah- no standard necks will fit- the G&Ls have an extra fret, same as MusicMan necks. The 2 may be interchangeable, but I'm not positive....
