I agree but don't think everyone does. In general the trans green G&Ls seem less popular than other colors. I sometimes wish I had this one back:

I saw it listed on ebay last week. The auction closed with no bids and it wasn't relisted.

This is my green sb-2. Honestly, I didn't like the color a bit. Even my sister said the color looks weird. It took a while for the green to grow on me.

If I'm not mistaken, Clear Forest Green was Leo's favorite color. There's an endorsement you can hang your hat on....

Green G&L

Special ordered a G&L Greenburst L-2000 with wood binding. It is by far one of the best looking bass guitars I have ever seen!

Irish!

As a G&L fan and an Irishman I could not pass it up when James sold it!

That colour looked nice. Never thought I'd say green would look nice on anything with strings and a headstock.

How 'bout green over a flame maple top? Green is definitely one of my favorite colors. My G&L rep tried to talk me out of ordering this one, told me it would never sell. But I had to do it... and I LOVE it.

I love that green over the flame maple. I don't have a green bass or enough green to buy it but it is awesome.

It's not a bass, but it is a killer example of green! Ooh-la-la!

Here's a pic of me playing the Green Guy. It was a '92 L-2000. I liked the maple/Trans Green look. It was unique.
