Question input problem on L2500 USA

Sign in to disble this ad
hey guys,

Just got my new l-2500 usa. It is an amazing instrument however the input is faulty. I have to plug it in and replug it in on occasion for the wire to catch. It is very temperamental. Is this problem common on G&L's? Is there an easy fix or does it need to be replaced?

First off, congratulations!

Second - try another cable. No Monster cables because they'll wear the jack out quickly. No cheapies for the same reason. Bayou Cables or Livewire cables are good stuff

Check the battery as well.

It is possible that the jack is bad, but it's unusual in a new instrument.

If these things don't clear the problem, ccontact G&L or your dealer.

Ken...
