Hey Guys,
Believe it or not GAS almost got the best of me. I've really been wanting to add a EB Bongo to my bass arsenal and was just realizing I hadn't played my L2K for a couple of months. So I was thinking "Well, maybe I'll put it on the 'Bay I haven't been using it". So I had the Police Live playing in the background and I plugged in. Hmmm, almost in tune. Just a little sharp and the E string, not bad for a Vermont winter! Action still feels terrific. So I ripped into the live version of "So Lonely". Both pickups parallel, treble 70%, bass 50-60%, active (just for giggles, I usually just use passive).
OH MY!!! This bass plays like buttah and sounds like thunda.
I guess I'll have to save my pennies for that Bongo. This L2k isn't going anywhere! I luvs it!
