L-2500 Tribute Bridge Thru or Body Thru?

.. that is the question. I've got a set of SIT Powerflats coming and was wondering how I would string them. I've got the strings that came on the bass on it now and the B string is just a little floppy (not bad though), I'd like to get it a bit tighter. Would body thru help?

I've read other threads and it seems the general consensus is that it doesn't make much difference. What do you guys find to be the case with the L-2500 Tribute?

I consider myself to have a fairly discriminating ear, and I've not noticed a difference...

Is there a difference in string tension?
