L2000 pickup question

I love the sound that those pups produce. Does anybody know where or if I can buy them? And if they would fit/work in a Ibanez BTB450? http://www.ibanez.com/bass/series.aspx?s=btb?

I think you can buy them here: Buffalo Brothers

but they're not going to fit without surgery. They are shorter and wider than the Bartolini MK1's that are on that Ibby.
