L2k Tribute vs. 08 Am St. Jazz V quality

Just picked up a 2008 Fender Am. St. Jazz V, and thus I have to sell my G&L L2k. I'd love to keep it, but I am primarily a 5 string player now.

Just wanted to let everyone at this forum know that as far as construction wise, I feel that the G&L is just as good, if not better quality compared to the fender.

My main gripe with the Jazz V is the gap in the neck pocket. THe G&L's neck pocket was PERFECT and the neck fit in it perfectly tight and snug. On the other hand, my Am. St. Jazz does have a bit of a gap, and has wiggle room when mounting the neck.

With that said, I'll be missing my G&L for sure, and do hope to own one again someday, american OR tribute!
