My first G&L

I'll be picking up my first G&L in a few days. It's one of the Custom Creation L-2000s, it's actually the one that is used in the photo on the website. The only reason I am having to wait to get it, is that it shipped to the dealer without the special case and goodies that come with this model. Anyway, here is a pic from the dealer website and I would really appreciate a review from anyone who has one of these because I purchased without trying first. Hopefully it was a good decision.

That's a pretty nice way to start the addiction! Congrats!

Trust me, you'll like the L-2000. From the tone to the playability and versatility, you will be impressed.

Then you'll start looking for more of 'em.

Crikey, what an absolute stunner! I'm sure you'll be fine with it. Make sure you have a good poke around with the tone controls, there are a *lot* of options in there.

The ASAT I got last Thursday is my first G&L. Most satisfying bass purchase I've ever made.
