Yea, that's the exact same one. I didn't take the pic though. I bought the bass from guitaradoptions and they take a picture of the bass you are buying.

Sweet! I love my recently acquired SB-2. I recorded with it yesterday and, through an SVT-3, both mic'ed and DI'ed, it KILLED!!!!1!!1

Seriously, I cannot wait until the songs get properly mixed. FINALLY, I'll have tone that I can be proud of.

I LOVE MY SB-2!

I love the tone of the SB-2 -- it's got bite, definition, and growl like nothing I've heard. I guess it's all a matter of tastes - but I'm most def an SB-2 man. I have a p-bass and it just sounds dull by comparison. In fact, I like my Mustang more than the p-bass.

Day Late & Several Hundred $$ Short...

I don't know ya, but I'm pretty sure I hate ya!!! I have been saving my pennies for the last 3 months, to purchase that exact bass from Dave. It was suppose to complete my G&L family. I already have the JB-2, L2500, and I was planning on adding the SB-2 in Honeyburst......

Good Luck & keep me in mind if you decide to part with it.

Sorry dude. I also was saving up for this bass. I talked to Dave about it 2 months ago but the wifey put the kibosh on any new bass acquisitions until certain things were done around the house. Me did them; me good boy; me get bass.

Don't think I'll be partin' with it soon but good luck. I'm sure there' s one out there with your name on it.

Wow, honeyburst seems to be a real love/hate thing on this forum.

I'd be interested to know why people don't like it . . .

That must be the reason.
I must admit that it was not my first choice, but the deal on my L-2000 was too good to pass up.
I have definitely grown to like it. Looks like honey, plays like butter.

All the sugars clog up the chimney when you burn them.

They burn slow to for some reason. Save 'em for a really cold night when you want to sleep in late.

That's too bad. You'll never find another one. You should give up . . . and sell your honeyburst collection to me
