My Trib. JB2 arrived today !

I'm delighted with it. It seems a fair bit lighter than my Trib L2000. I posted here recently inquiring would it be different from the L2000, as I wanted a "different" bass. I was assured that it was different....... and you guys were right. It's very comfortable to play. I'm lucky in that I'm equally happy with the narrower neck on the JB2 and the wider one on the 2000.

Anyway... this is my new baby !! ..... and thanks for the advice.

My Tribute SB-2 just walked in the door. Black on black, rosewood neck. Killer G&L gigbag.

I tuned it up but there's major buzzing on the neck. It looks straight to me, but, seeing as how I'm no guitar setup guru, what do the guitar setup gurus recommend?

The black/black in person is very cool. The body color has a little sparkle finish to it, and the p/g is almost matte black (or is that flat black?). Anyway, the p/g isn't as shiny as the body, which is cool.

I didn't care for the white G&L logo on the headstock in pix, but after seeing it in person, it's not bad at all. Now I gotta transfer strap locks from one bass to put em on this one and I need to dig out my D-tuner to complete the transformation.

Proof of bass:

Pardon the messy workspace!
