I just ordered a Red sunburst Tribute 2500 with a Maple neck. I just had to have one. Tell me about them guys until mine gets here.

Great. And VERSATILE! The passive bass/treb controls are really cool, and the active/passive setup is really cool as well! Series/parallel is also very awesome! I don't know what to tell you man, it's just pure goodness!

Man, I just was fiddling with my L2500 Trib, and it sounds better than all my other basses.

See. That Leo guy still had some tricks up his sleeve after the P the J and the Stingray.

With that kinda track record I could never understand why people would poo poo Leo's G&L basses without ever trying one.

Yeah, that's for certain. It's just such a great bass. I am glad I traded for it. I opened it up, and the electronics were clean and organized; the pickups are awesome. I took off the covers when I was cleaning it, and the coils even look sexy.
