Yep, even with a pooched truss rod, that should easily hit over 6 hun.

FWIW, if anyone is considering the seller's advice about removing the fingerboard, DON'T. Take off the fingerboard (with a 40- grit belt, BTW), and you'll find nothing but maple. I have had a truss rod swap done on a bi-cut neck, and the tech who did it is still mad at me ( the legendary Paul Iverson). Most guys won't touch the job, and it's waaaaaaay beyond the scope of the do-it-yourselfer. If your tech says he's up to it, great, but it is one bee-yotch of a job
