Anyone know if a Fender Jazz chrome bell/pickup cover will fit on the L-2000? I can't find the actual measurements for it. Thanks in advance.

The pickup cover is to facilitate my slap technique. I've tried the Fender Marcus Miller and AtelierZ M265, and my slapping was night-snd-day better with a pickup-cover-equipped bass. So, all in all, I couldn't care less how it looked. My instrument is black and covered in stickers anyway, so maybe it'll look better.

Probably, since the stringspacing can't be much wider at the pickup end compared to a Jazz. I'd say get one of 'em covers cheap on ebay and try it out, can't cost you more than 10 dollars...

Yeah, it sells for $10.99 at Musician's Friend or Guitar Center, so it won't be any trouble to just try it. Thanks for your responses, guys.

The pickup bell cover is on order and should be in my hands by Christmas. I'll give a review when I have a chance.
