Purchasing G&L pickups and electronics?

Sign in to disble this ad
Does any body knows is it possible, and where, to buy G&L pickups and electronics ?

i am thinking about building my own bass guitar and i really want it to have the G&L sound.
if only the L2500 didn't have the fender looks, wide string spacing, 21 frets... it would be the sweetest bass guitar that i have ever tried. purchasing

There's the direct link to the G&L webstore to order the MFD humbuckers, and I've gotten an email from a G&L customer service rep that you can order other pickups over the phone(SB-2 P/J pickups in my case) that aren't listed on the site. I'm not sure about the actual preamps though, but FWIW when I had a Tribby L2K briefly, it sounded great in passive mode running through my Aguilar DB924 pre, so if you can't order a G&L pre, just pick your favorite pre and wire it up.
