radius?

How can I determine the radius of the neck? I know that my l2000 has either a #6 or a #8 based on the fact that it measures 1 1/2" at the nut but I don't know/understand how or where the radius is determined.

the radius is the curvature of the fretboard from side to side.

12" will be flat with almost no rounding. Got an L2000 with 1 3/4" nut and 12" radius.
