the SB-1 sounds great, as does the rest of the band. the first one is kind of "Floyd-esque", which is cool for P&W type stuff.

i found an '89 SB-1 about 6 months ago and love it! best "cheap" bass out there. i don't understand how/why they go for what they go for, but as long as i'm buying and not selling, it works for me. btw, i will not be selling.

Thanks! I am with you completely on the fact that it is the best "cheap" bass out there. My "new" one beats the crap out of every other P bass-type instrument I have had my hands on (including some names that would seriously irritate people for me to list).
We appreciate the compliments on the music. We are having fun. We have our first good size festival gig as a CCM band tomorrow and are pretty amped about it.

We are taking receipt of the CDs on Tuesday and the release is Saturday. We are quite excited.
